Purpose & Objectives

Duties & Job Functions
- Taking bookings for the service providers
- Accommodating clients
- Following specific, outlined procedures
- Performing daily tasks
- Maintaining professional phone etiquette
- Welcoming clients upon arrival
- Ability to handle multiple incoming calls and clients at one time
- Performing transactions and handling cash
- Educating clients regarding particular services and expectations
- Attending required departmental meetings
- Participating in "extra" activities such as fundraising
Position Qualifications
- Completed high school
- Some previous experience would be an asset
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Some computer knowledge
- Phone skills (using a multiple-line phone)
- Familiar with operating systems such as Pro-Salon
- Exceptional communication skills via phone, e-mail and in person
- Ability to multi-task, i.e. booking several appointments for several clients, answering phones etc
- Ability to perform transactions and handle cash accurately
- Ability to problem solve
- Minimal physical requirements

Purpose & Objectives
Looking for someone interested in building a business within our two establishments. This person should be capable of teaching a variety of ages and skill levels, and willing to work flexible hours which may include evenings and weekends.
Position Qualifications
- STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor
- Minimum of two years experience
- Trained in Matwork, Reformer, and CCB
The hiring process will include a résumé, an extensive phone interview and a video submission. This video should include you teaching a private session, as well as a group class - approximately 20 minutes for each.
