Located in the heart of downtown Halifax in the Queen's Marque beside the Muir Hotel, The Interlude Spa is walking distance from anywhere in the downtown.
There is hourly parking available in several parkcades along the waterfront and there is also 2 hour metered parking available on streets downtown.
Located in downtown Dartmouth, The Interlude Spa is just minutes away from anywhere in the Halifax Metro area. Close to the ferry and the Angus L Macdonald Bridge.
From Halifax, take the Angus L Macdonald Bridge, turn right on Wyse Road, stay right and you will come to a set of lights. Turn left on Alderney Drive and left at the next set of lights, you will be on Ochterloney St. Drive approx 2 blocks and you'll see us on your right (58 Ochterloney St).
From anywhere in Dartmouth, turn off the Circumferential highway onto Prince Albert Road, which turns into Ochterloney St. Also watch for signs for Downtown Dartmouth as we are two blocks from the waterfront. There is ample meter parking available as well as several parking lots for a longer stay.
