Instructor Training

Grow your skills in the MindBody Fitness field with a multitude of course and workshop offerings at Interlude Fitness.  Sessions are held throughout the year in STOTT PILATES®, ZEN-GA, Total Barre® and CORE™. Submit your application online.

STOTT PILATES® Course Fees:

  • Intensive Mat Plus (IMP) – $1100 + exam fee + course materials
  • Intensive Reformer (IR) – $1400 + exam fee + course materials
  • Intensive Cadillac, Chair and Barrels (ICCB) – $1750 + exam fee + course mat.
  • Injuries and Special Populations (ISP) – $675  + course materials

ZEN-GA® Program Fees:

  • ZEN-GA® Instructor Foundation Course, Mat – $385
  • ZEN-GA® Instructor Foundation Course, Equipment – $385

Total Barre® Course Fee:

  • Total Barre® Foundations Course – $385

CORE™ Course Fee:

  • CORE™ Foundations Course- $385

Workshop Fees:

  • 2-hour – $80
  • 3-hour – $90
  • 4-hour – $150
  • 6-hour – $160
