Building Personal Resilience

Resilience is the capacity to prepare for, recover from and adapt in the face of stress, challenge or adversity. It is the energy you have available to use not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally.

Learning and practicing self-regulation techniques will allow you to intelligently flow moment by moment throughout your day.

  • Subsequent sessions: $100

Lena Martell

HeartMath® Certified Coach

Lena has been with the Interlude since 1990. She has dedicated much of her career and continuing education to health and wellness, studying nutrition, clinical esthetics and emotional wellness. In addition to being a HeartMath® certified coach, she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University, a designation as a Community and Workplace Traumatologist from the Traumatology Institute and Precision Nutrition certification.
