Current Class Schedule
Pilates is a mind-body conditioning technique developed to achieve optimal strength, flexibility and posture. A contemporary approach to the teachings of Joseph H. Pilates technique emphasizes neutral spine and neutral pelvic alignment and their relationship to core stability and peripheral mobility.
